What Are Straw Polls?
- A straw poll is an option employed to elicit guidance on candidates from members within the candidate’s designated subsection. This review by the closest professional peers may be helpful to other section members less familiar with achievements in that subsection.
- The resulting rankings, provided to all section members as supplementary information accompanying the Section Priority Ballot, serve as guidance only.
