The NAM Clinician Well-Being Collaborative is hosting a webinar on Thursday, August 27, 3-4 PM ET, to convene the Change Maker community in making progress toward institutionalizing well-being as a long-term value.
This webinar, moderated by NAM Accelerator alumni from OhioHealth, will feature lessons for data-driven well-being.
Panelists and attendees will:
- Discuss considerations for developing an assessment strategy, including selecting appropriate tools and measures, encouraging meaningful participation and feedback, and managing expectations for long-term culture change
- Examine how organizations translate assessment findings into action by engaging leaders, prioritizing improvement efforts, and building momentum for well-being initiatives
- Identify practical strategies for communicating assessment results, sustaining engagement, and using assessment as a continuous driver of organizational learning and improvement
Speakers are current Change Maker Accelerators representing a range of well-being roles, including:
