Stress Management Interventions in the Dutch Domiciliary Care Sector: Findings from 81 Organizations

Published in the International Journal of Stress Management, the following study evaluates a large-scale job stress reduction program implemented in the Dutch domiciliary care sector. These programs contributed to decreases in job demands and emotional exhaustion, and increases in social support, decision latitude and skill discretion. These results provide evidence regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of this program and similar large-scale approaches to the reduction of job stress.
