Attend a Meeting
The Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience will host approximately two meetings a year. Portions of these meetings are available to the public.
Clinician Well-Being Case Studies
New case studies from the Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience provide an overview of initiatives that reduce clinician burnout and support clinician well-being at organizations across the country.
The National Academy of Medicine hopes the case studies inform and inspire organizations facing similar challenges and seeking similar outcomes. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution for clinician well-being, techniques and resources described in the case studies may provide a useful starting point for other groups.
The first two case studies feature Virginia Mason Kirkland Medical Center and The Ohio State University.
