Published in the AMA Wire, this article discusses how workplace bullying in healthcare may be combated on an individual level. The pros and cons of a proposed scenario are discussed and a multi-pronged, situation-based solution is suggested. More importantly, the article emphasizes unaddressed inappropriate behaviors by leaders and educators alike does not grant students high quality clinical education.
