The NAM Clinician Well-Being Collaborative hosted a webinar on November 6, 12-1 pm ET, to convene the Change Maker community in making progress toward institutionalizing well-being as a long-term value. This webinar kicked off a series throughout 2025 covering topics of interest to Change Makers.
This free event:
- Facilitated information sharing and collaboration and deployed high-value tools and solutions to mobilize a broad community of Change Makers.
- Discussed well-being recognition and credentialing programs as a tool for improving organizational culture and shared various pathways to a successful application.
- Identified ways to leverage recognition and credentialing programs as a strategy to communicate the value of well-being programming to leadership and employees.
