The Alliance of Independent Academic Medical Careers (AIAMC) National Initiative VI: Stimulating a Culture of Well-Being in the Clinical Learning Environment aims to bring forth research on (1) barriers, gaps, and stigma in seeking well-being resources, (2) leadership, sustainability, and culture required to support well-being, and (3) C-Suite engagement. The website provides an overview of well-being in clinical settings, highlights the purposes of AIAMC National Initiatives and Annual Meetings, and lists the members and leaders of the National Initiative VI.
