Impact of a Brief Intervention on the Burnout Levels of Pediatric Residents

The following study reports estimates of the prevalence of burnout and evaluates the impact of a brief intervention among pediatric residents. With an prevalence of 66%, the study finds that prevalence is significantly higher among third-year residents. The intervention was found to only improve depersonalization scores; thus, it was not considered effective.
