Health Promotion Program: a Resident Well-Being Study

This study explores the effect of improved workplace hygiene on presenteeism levels among surgical residents. The study finds presenteeism levels in surgical residents to be well below population values. Although marginal improvements in presenteeism scores were found for those who participated in a health promotion program, they were not significant. The study posits the results may be limited by the small sample size.
