Published in Medical Education, the article highlights implementation of monthly participatory discussions of clinical successes, remarkable doctor–patient interactions, and examples of outstanding work observed by family practice faculty and resident colleagues. The intervention, called Healing and Hopefulness (“H & H”) is co-facilitated by a doctor and a behaviorist faculty member and follows the monthly Morbidity and Mortality conferences (“M & M”).
