Generation and validation of a scale to measure physicians’ well-being

Published in Revista Medica de Chile, the study focuses on the recent and ongoing changes in the structure and social organization of medicine and develops a tool to study physicians’ perceptions, potential impacts on well-being and, strategies of adjustment. The internal consistency analysis of the instrument showed a high global Cronbach´s alpha of 90 percent, indicating high reliability for the scale.
