The following paper, published in the Journal of Management Policies and Practices, outlines a process-focused, client-centered organization development program implemented at a national scale with the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. The paper highlights the operating principles and process of conducting the program. Empirical evidence illustrates that CREW demonstrated improved civility in participating workgroups within and outside within the department which were subsequently connected to positive outcomes.
