Burnout: The Impact of Psychosocial Interventions Training

Published in Mental Health Practice, the following study explores whether equipping mental health workers with the skills to integrate psychosocial interventions into practice lowers levels of burnout among staff. The training group knowledge score, personal accomplishment, and attitude improved significantly post-training. The findings from this study suggest that the provision of psychosocial intervention training had a positive impact on the participants.
