The Critical Care Societies Collaborative, which consists of the 4 major critical care societies in the US (American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, issued a call to action to address burnout prevention in critical care health care professionals.
