Burnout Assessment in House Officers: Evaluation of An Intervention to Reduce Stress

Published in Medical Teacher, this study measures burnout in medical interns and assesses if a psychotherapeutic tool reduces symptoms of burnout among physicians. The study finds no significant improvements. Moreover, interviews revealed that subjects experience stressors related to their profession, already utilize some elements of the tool, and were too busy to implement the entire tool.
