This meeting by the NAM’s Leadership Consortium Digital Health & AI Action Collaborative aimed to identify opportunities, special considerations, and key steps related to the establishment of a Clinicians’ Forum on AI in Health & Medicine: composed of key health professional organizations (e.g., medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physician associates, social work), developers, patients, and related stakeholders. The Forum will gather regularly to consider developing tools and critical questions related to the effective and ethical integration of AI into health care.
