The NAM Clinician Well-Being Collaborative will examine the state of the health workforce, amidst ongoing clinician shortages and a changing policy landscape, to chart the future of a national well-being movement that’s been gaining momentum since 2022.

This public, hybrid convening will review available evidence on the current drivers of burnout and distress among health workers, feature promising innovations and strategies at local and state levels, and build the case for longer-term partnerships to address workforce well-being issues on the horizon.

Following the discussions, in-person attendees will have the opportunity to attend a Reception & Change Maker Accelerator Poster Session to learn directly from the inaugural cohort of Change Maker Accelerators and engage in cross-sector networking.
