In an ongoing commitment to prioritize health workforce well-being, the NAM established the Health Workforce Well-Being Day on March 18, and hosted a kickoff event celebrating the inaugural Day on March 11. The annual day in March will bring together national and institutional leaders, policymakers, patients and communities, and health workers of all professions to acknowledge our collective progress and pledge to continue advancing health worker well-being…because “A Healthy Workforce Means a Healthy You.”
The celebration of the Day on March 11, 10 AM – 12 PM ET, at the Top of the Hill, kicked off a series of well-being events and activities led by organizations nationwide. The hybrid event also shared stories of successfully supporting health workers with Congressional leaders and members of the public. The NAM Collaborative aims to inspire ALL to take action using resources from the NAM’s Change Maker Campaign and founding partner organizations.
